Hello,
i use two computer with one monitor, keyboard and mouse with a
mechanical switch.
I use it with SuSE 7.2 and KDE and SuSE 8.1 and KDE/Windows.
Every time i switch from the SuSE 7.2 machine to SuSE 8.1 machine
i lose the mouse. The xserver shows the mouse, but i can't move
it. So i have to switch with the keyboard to the virtuell console
and back to get the mouse back.
If i switch from the SuSE 7.2 machine to the Windows machine,
Windows holds its mouse and i can move it. Switching back to SuSE
7.2, i lose my mouse. :-(
Is there a switch for the XF86Config-file that prevent this?
The SuSE 7.2 uses XFree 4.0.3 and the SuSE 8.1 uses XFree 4.2.0.
What can i do?
Thanks
Edgar
