This is what happens when XFree86 has a bigger resolution defined than what
it's currently using.

Too high of a scan rate or refresh rate is specified, and your XF86Config(-4)
allows values that your monitor doesn't support.

Check the monitor's manual for specifications, glean approximate data from
supported resolutions/refresh rates under Windows, look on the web,
experiment (might be hazardous to the monitor), or contact CTX's tech support.
