alsaconf and XFree86..?

    I'm working with slack 9.1 for short period of time and when I've
    configured my soundcard with alsaconf [IsaPnP CS4235] I cannot execute
    KDE which had been correctly installed in slack. Before configuration
    of ALSA I've checked that there weren't any problems to start it. I
    have no idea why alsaconf and XFree86 collide with each other. Could
    someone tell me what is going on? To this post I'm including a part of
    my xfree..log which shows what is wrong:
