Hello!
I've a problem with my $Path-Variable and Gnome-Console.
I added
export JAVA_HOME=/usr/local/j2sdk1.4.1_02
export PATH=$PATH:$JAVA_HOME/bin
to ~/.bash_profile. "echo $PATH" in a tty returns the right paths, however my Gnome-Console only returns:
/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/bin/X11:/usr/games
Because of this I added the exports to ~/.xsession, but that doesn't solve the Problem.
I used WM before and it worked fine, with Gnome it doesn't.
Which file I've to edit to get my Java work correctly?
Cu,
SirTwist
