openmotif21-2.1 installation failure on RHAS2.1(IPF)

hi,
When I try to install 32bit X11 libraries on a 2.1AS for IPF it gives
the following error.
 `rpm -ivh openmotif21-2.1.30-1.i386.rpm`
error: failed dependencies:
        openmotif < 2.2.2 conflicts with openmotif21-2.1.30-1

The OS already has a 64bit openmotif-2.1.30-11 installed on it.
Could any body suggest some idea of installing 32bit X11 libraries.
