Hello,
I've updated my system to XFree86 V4.3 and since then I have two problems:
1. KDM doesn't start the session that I select, it always starts fvwm2
(which isn't my default), except when I select "failsafe". In this case it
starts the failsafe session. Same for XDM, except that XDM doesn't allow
me to select the session type. It now starts fvwm2, used to be KDE. I can
still start KDE manually from the failsafe console.
2. All fonts are too big and some look quite weird. The one for the
console looks like there is a space after each character. I've tried the
font cache update that was mentioned in the README on the Suse server, but
no change.
Configuration: Suse 8.1, KDE 3.0.5, XFree 86 now updated to 4.3, was 4.2.
Any ideas?
Oliver
