    Sorry that I have to post this question, but if googled for it and
    didn't find anything relevant being at the same time somehow recent;
    most is from April 2003, I've checked both this group and
    comp.windows.x.i386unix.

    I've a 855gm card with a centrino laptop and I use linux on it.
    I don't know if it is now possible to make the tvout thing work
    with Xfree (I'm using version 4.3.0.1 right now).

    I've read of a commercial driver that supports it (Xig) but I wonder
    if somebody has done some modification in the driver so that it
    could work.
