Hi,
I had a nice running system with XFree 4.4.0 and a PCI-graphics card
with a GeForce 2 MX chip. I have been using the NVIDIA kernel module.
Then I had to replace the graphics card by an XFX card with a GeForce FX
5200 chip. I didn't change the software, at all.
X11 is running fine again, but terminating X by <ctl> <alt> <del> makes
the kernel hang.
What might be the reason, has anybody similar experience?
Many thanks for a hint,
