I have a problem that must be almost as trivial as it can be and still
be a problem but I haven't been able to find an answer in google
    groups, only questions.

I Have a laptop with Fedora core 2 (and thereby Xorg), sometimes I plug
in an external monitor (via portreplicator), this works but it is
flickering and have a weired resolution (same as the laptop usually has
    I guess).

What is it that I must add to my /etc/X11/xorg.conf to give other
settings for the other monitor? I don't want anything fancy, I just want
the other monitor to be a generic monitor with 800*600 and a a couple of
thousand collors. It seems trivial but...

The xorg.conf file seems to have the same or very similar syntax as
XF86Config so if you have a solution for either one I am happy.

I attatch my current xorg.conf, maybe someone can more easy see the
    solution then?

    Thanks a lot in advance!
