How to upgrade kde 3.1.3 to 3.1.5?

Dear all,

   I have a simple question. I have install Redhat Enterprise Linux WS 3.0,
and the default KDE version is 3.1.3. I want to upgrade to 3.1.5. Does
anybody know what is the best way to do it? I have search google without
luck. Thanks!
