Unable to setup streaming with ICES and ICECAST

    When trying to execute ices I get the following:

    /usr/local/bin/ices: error while loading shared libraries: libshout.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

    ls /usr/local/lib/libshout.* -l
    -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 196706 2005-03-03 18:48 libshout.a
    -rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 901 2005-03-03 18:48 libshout.la

    I installed libshout2-1, not sure how to confirm proper installation.
