OK, I've managed to get my screen to 100Hz (although my monitor says
101Hz), but the image is shifted by about an inch for some reason.
Why's this, and how can I change it? The most annoying thing is that
when I switch to my other (Windows) machine the image is back where it
should be, so everytime I switch machines I need to change my monitor
    settings.
