I looked at all the man pages for X, Xserver, Xorg, and xorg.conf , and
found no options that do what you want. The VTInit option *might* be
useful, or it might not--you'd have to figure out which vt the X server
was on before it started, then chvt back to that vt. I think the only
way you'll get what you want is to hack the Xorg source and recompile
everything, though. This is not for the timid or inexperienced.

Why are you running more than 1 X server if you only have 1 monitor,
anyway? If you have problems with ancient software that barfs unless
it's being run in 8-bit color, you can always use Xnest to create a
pseudo 8-bit X server. That's slower than real X, but it allows you to
run this ancient stuff without fiddling around with multiple X servers.
