Hi all,
I have a situation where I have a linux RHEL3 server with a 25ft video
cable to a 19" LCD monitor. If I reboot the server, the system does
some sort of monitor check and won't enable the monitor. However, if I
disconnect the monitor, boot the system, I can then connect the monitor
cable and all is fine.
What I'd like to do, is find out where that check is done and disable
it. Anyone know where that gets done? I've looked at the XF86config
file and don't really see anything in there.
TIA for any help you guys can give.
Ray
