You posted the same message in c.o.l.m. You don't expect to get different answers here, do you?
Basically, unless you know what you are doing, you are hosed. Period.
If you really want help, I would suggest rephrasing your question:
"*I* hosed my drive C and I need to recover my data" would be a good start.
