Cygwin clipboard not working on XP

I have Cygwin set up on my XP box. I use it to run applications on a
Solaris box through an SSH tunnel. It is working fine, except for the
clipboard. Whenever I try to paste into Windows, the cursor freezes
for a split second then comes back, but nothing gets pasted.

I'm not sure if it's helpful, but here is the contents of my
D:\cygwin\tmp\XWin.log file (I noticed it ends with an error message
about the clipboard).
