X with Nvidia/eVGA card

Hi, I have a computer with an Nvidia/eVGA "Personal Cinema" Geforce 4 MX
440, outputting to a TV by S-video. It runs SuSE 10.2. Since I can't
get X up, it only uses text mode, which isn't good for what should
eventually become a MythTV box. It's good that the text displays on the
TV... How should I set up X? I need to fix TV-in and the 802.11b NIC
too, but they're of less importance right now. For reference, all the
equipment works under XP, so I'm reasonably confident it's in working
order.
