Corrupt cursor on second Monitor

I will start out by saying that I am relatively new to Linux. I can
use a command line, but I'm not really sure what I'm doing overall.

Anyways, I recently setup dual monitors on my system with the ATI
autoconfigure program, and it works great. Except that when I move my
mouse to my secondary monitor, i get a mainly white square with some
pieces missing. It still works, technically, just not having a pointer
is inconvenient. I haven't really been able to find any information on
this yet.

Also, I think this is intended behavior, but I cannot drag windows
between monitors. Anyway to make that possible?
