XFS

Does anyone know how to format a drive to XFS while in windows?

I asked the question, here is the reason. I have a Buffalo Tera
Station ( 1 tb of hd space raid 5) One hard drive failed and i got a
replacment. The file system for the other hard drives is XFS. The
buffalo terastation has a format utility that will format to XFS but
it doesn't seem to work. So i wanted to try to manually format the
hard drive to XFS.

Could i use a ubunt bootable CD to format the drive?
