wearable 486 desktop

I know this isn't the correct newsgroup, but the wearables group is pretty
dead, it seems.

I would like to convert an old 486 desktop PC to a wearable type computer.
Have any of you done this, and if so, how? What did you use for power, etc.?
Any info would be appreciated
