I've a 'virtual' dedicated server which means I cant really compile any
package myself, only use binaries. But many binaries are dated, and
sometimes are set with options for only that particular computer.

ImageMagick binary keeps looking for libs in the lib folder, but I cant
access that. So I want to change where it looks for the shared libraries.
Can I only do this by compiling myself?? And if so, could some kind soul do
this for me on their machine and post the binary?? Itd be worth their while
