I'm trying to get X to use positive sync polarities. This makes
switching computers with a KVM much faster when both computers use
+Hsync and +Vsync.
How do I do this without using a full modeline? I'm pretty sure I've
just specified +hsync and +vsync somewhere before, and it worked. I
cannot remember what it was I did though..
