cdrecord fixating errors ???

    Hi,
    I am constantly getting the following error message,
    when trying to burn cds using cdrecord. The cds
    seem to burn fine and are readable . Here is
    the error

    Any clues as to what may be causing this and how they
    can be fixed would be great.
