Linux from scratch

I know I'm probably thinking way ahead of myself, but I just went
through the Linux From Scratch tutorial. I am wondering if there is one
out there that goes through the steps on how to put it on cd and have a
basic installer. Also I'd like to know how to do the md5 shadow password
file, like Red Hat has. Thank you for your help.
