How to rebuild kdelibs

Hi,

I installed the kdelibs binary a few days ok, everything went well at
that time.

At this moment I'm trying to install Kdevelop on my system, but while
configuring it, I get the following message :

You have no kdelibs documentation generated by Doxygen installed.
You should install Doxygen from www.doxygen.org, reconfigure
and rebuild the kdelibs sources. You should 'make apidox' and
'make install' in your kdelibs build dir, and then rerun this
configure script.

I installed Doxygen and I want to rebuild kdelibs now so I first
downloaded the according sources of it. Then I issued the
rpm -ivh kdelibs-3.1-12.src.rpm and as result all the source files of
kdelibs are added to my sources dir.

Now I want to rebuild these sources (I'm using RH9), so I issue the
following command :

rpmbuild -ba SPECS/kdelibs.spec

This results in the following errors :

error: Failed build dependencies:
        cups-devel >= 1.1.12 is needed by kdelibs-3.1-12
        libxslt-devel >= 1.0.9 is needed by kdelibs-3.1-12
        jadetex is needed by kdelibs-3.1-12
        docbook-style-dsssl is needed by kdelibs-3.1-12
        perl-SGMLSpm is needed by kdelibs-3.1-12
        docbook-utils is needed by kdelibs-3.1-12
        audiofile-devel is needed by kdelibs-3.1-12

What am I doing wrong here (I'm new to linux)?
