build kdelibs

Hi,
I'm trying to build the kdelibs sources but somehow I get the
following errors :
rpm -ivh SPECS/kdelibs.spec results in
RPM build errors:
File not found: /var/tmp/kdelibs-buildroot/usr/bin/meinproc
File not found by glob: /var/tmp/kdelibs-buildroot/usr/bin/xml*
File not found: /var/tmp/kdelibs-buildroot/usr/bin/kdb2html
File not found: /var/tmp/kdelibs-buildroot/usr/bin/checkXML
File not found: /var/tmp/kdelibs-buildroot/usr/bin/ksvgtopng
It looks like I am missing some packages, but I don't have a clue to
which package meinproc, xml*, kdb2html, ... belong. Does anybody know
why I get these errors or which additional packages I need for this?
