sir,
I want to balance the network download rate in a CyberCafe.
Whether the customer is browsing in the peak hour or during any other
hour all the customers should be with the same download rate.
How can i allocate the same download rate for everyone and the data
transfer from my CyberCafe to the ISP may differ. But i want to balance
the traffic among the customers in CyberCafe.
Is there any Utility in windows or Linux OS for doing this?
Also Suggest me some utilities of third parties
help me
