WineX is really good. For some games it works perfectly, but for others it
is almost as good on windows and some just plain don't work. If you go to
their site it will say which games work. But you also need good drivers for
your graphics card, I have an nvidia card and their linux support is really
good.

If you want to try WineX without paying anything then you can use the cvs,
apparently it's not quite as good, but it works fine for Steam and Call of
Duty (all I've tried). You can get an install script from here:
