Well other than a software firewall, which for example comes built into
mandrake linux and I am sure other linux distros (you just need to turn it
on in the control center and choose level of security desired), you can
buy a Router at Best Buy or whatever and that will give you a nice level
of hardware/firmware security, that is yet another firewall on top of the
OS firewall.
