Problem in Squirrelmail

Hope to see you in good health.
Iam having a problem in using Squirrelmail. Here is the description of
the Problem
I made my system (Redhat 9) as a webserver using Apache.
I then installed squirrelmail-1.4.2 using the steps from
"http://www.peregrinehw.com/downloads/".
Every thing went Ok, I mean I am able to send emails, but iam unable
to receive any email from any where i.e (hotmail, yahoo or other email
systems).
The only thing which is concerning me is that Iam using a Registered
IP address but a registered IP address should not be a problem as
there is no Name Resolution!, so do u ppl know the Solution of my
problem, the error message is as follows:

I can write my problem in One line as follows:
"How to Run Squirrelmail on a Registered IP Address and not on
FQDN(Fully Qualified Domain Name".
