I used to use mIRC for Windblows.
With mIRC it was possible to automatically accept files transmitted from an
fserver.
I require the same facility on Linux.
I would like to use either tinyirc or tirc. Do either of these allow me to
automatically accept files from an fserver? Or is there a helper application
that would accept the files?
I am behind a NAT translation here, so I need to configure the IRC client or
the helper application to listen for file requests on a certain range of
ports. I could then configure my router to forward the ports to the
appropriate machine.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help with this.
Regards,
Mark.
