Hi folks,
Blizzard has created a tool to download the WoW instalation files, it's
based on bittorrent, but it uses other ports. I extracted the .torrent
files out of the exe and imported them into azureus. It works great, I
can download the files. The other clients have the identification string
'shareaza', which is an opensource bittorrent client released under the
gpl. It seems like blizzard took the shareaza client, modified it by
compiling the .torrent file into the exe and released it. There is no
source nor the GPL text in the package. Does blizzard violate the GPL?
