    Raw--or rather util-linux source--can be found at:

      http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/utils/util-linux/.

Years ago I gave up trying to fill in missing stuff with rpms and the
like. In the long run it's as easy to just use a distribution as a
skeleton and fill in the gaps from source. With source you're at the
mercy of the program developer, which is acceptable. With rpm you're,
often, at the mercy of someone other than the developer who has some
other agenda. Things get dropped, put in strange places, and
    forgotten.
