No - MS won't officially release *any* of "their" code to anyone, as the
parts that they've stolen become very obvious.

No it isn't - it's just so bad that they don't want "outsiders" to see it.
The parts that aren't badly written have been stolen from elsewhere.

No. It was "released unofficially" by a disgruntled ex-MS employee, and
appeared on a number of websites around the world.
