I am using tinyirc for linux. I require the facility to auto-accept files send
    to me via IRC.

Can I configure the IRC client to do this, or do I need a helper application ?

What helper packages do I need ? I am using Debian.

I am behind a router providing NAT translation, so I need to configure the IRC
client or listening helper to listen for file requests on a certain range of
ports. How do I configure the IRC client or the helper application to do this ?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

    Regards,

    Mark.
