File Sharing Php Portal

Hi,

i'm looking for a PHP/Apache application under linux doing file sharing via
a web page (like oodrive or e-coursier). The idea is :

1 A user log to the portal, send via http his file and enter the mail
adresse of the recipient,
2 The recipient receives an http link to the file with his login
3 The recipient download the file
4 The file is deleted from the server
