Why do you want to use a "windows boot manager"? Fedora will have installed
either Lilo or Grub - both of which are excellent boot managers and can be
configured easily to select /any/ operating system or combination of
operating systems.

If you're using a /dual-boot/ system, you should have installed Windows
first, then your proper operating system. The linux installer will have a
proper partitioning tool and will install a boot manager to the MBR to
allow booting either Linux or Glassware.

The Windows installer deliberately corrupts the MBR to prevent booting
anything other than Windows. That's why you should install Windows first,
then your /proper/ operating system!
