Please HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am running Red Hat 6.2 and have it networked to my Windows NT 4.0
Server and have a problem when on the NT side
running cuteFTP to connect to the red hat machine I cannot connect to
send file to the red hat machine to burn on my cdburner
how do you set the users and passwords to connect using the cuteftp.
