Well I am not the best at Linux but I can assure you: I have three
harddisks in my PC. One of them is an IDE model with Windows XP on it.
That one is recognized in the BIOS as my first HD. Two other drives are
SCSI. They contain Linux.
I use GRUB to boot the system. Preferably (i.e., if I don't make a coice
in Grub) it noots Linux. I can choose to boot Windows XP. In the setup
program you can try this out: if the one of the available options
doesn't work for you, just try the other one
