Are you the same person who had this issue a week or three
ago?

If so, I thought you had said that setting the hardware
clock to UTC made the problem go away.

If not, please search google's groups tab for the thread on
this same question. IIRC, the solution was to set the
system hardware clock to UTC. Oh, you might need to search
a few of the linux/redhat newsgroups to find the thread as
it might have been in a different group.
