     The 3Ware series cards are supported out of the box. The 3Ware cards
are hardware IDE RAID cards, so they support RAID 0, 1, 5, 10, and JBOD
RAID levels. Not the cheapest, but then again, the cheapest cards don't
support RAID 5.
