Install compat-libstdc++-7.3-2.96.110.i386.rpm from your the redhat cds or
from http://mirror.aarnet.edu.au/pub/redhat/redhat-8.0/en/os/i386/RedHat/RPMS/compat-libstdc++-7.3-2.96.110.i386.rpm
