Hmmm..... Looking at the downloaded Linux_TEW-221PC.zip file, I see a
sub-directory named ADM8211 that contains the source code to build the
driver for the card;

ADM8211]$ ls
adm8201.c ADM_Prv.o Makefile STA_Module.h adm8201.h lm.h README
  Wlan_Mac.h

and the instructions(the README file) to do so.
