laptop monitor in RH9

hi all
i managed to do a graphical install of rh9 in presario 2100z laptop
after x crashed couple of times as it couldnt detect my monitor. now my
x doesnt start and says display device not found.i tried tinkering
xfree86 config from
http://www.linux-on-laptops.com/compaq.html
it still doesnt work. my monitor is a radeon igp 320m.
plz help...
is there anylinux driver for this monitor.?
