I am trying to install RedHat 9 on a system with a MSI motherboard with
SiS 745 chipset and a GeForce FX5200 video card. However I had no
monitor for the system and currently run the system with the s-video
output in Windows XP which runs fine. When I start RH9 install it
displays to the TV, but when anaconda goes to probe hardware it fails
and the install is aborted. I get an error which looks like for what
ever reason the video card is not being detected properly. The last few
lines of the message are:
self.orig_videocards = copy.deepcopy(self.videocards)
AttributeError: 'module' object has not attribute 'deepcopy'
install exited abnormally
then it numounts everything and says it's ok for a reboot. I have no
idea how I can get around this problem.
