Grub Booit Loader

When i installed RH, I installed the Grub boot loader which uses RH as
the default OS. Because my wife also uses the amchine, I would like to
default to W98 on boot up. How do i change the order of the options? (I
know - I should have done in during installation)

Also, when I did the updates to the basic install, I ended up with a
third option in Grub - the updated kernal. Is this necessary? Should I
delete the reference to the old kernal? If so, how do i do this?
