Boot script

Hi I need some help with configurating a boot script for a gameserver I am
running...

The game is installed in "/toserver" and the executeble file is in
"/toserver/System" called "TacticalOpsServer.sh" I now want it to be exe. at
boot and if the server is crashing it should restart itself..

Anyone that can make the script for me or tell me how to make it my self..

OS: RedHat 7.3
