Hi all,

I an not exactly a nooby but ...

I have GRUB as a boot loader on a linux only system. Boots from scsi
with an ide drive also present (hdb).

Well I upgraded to RH beta 2 and it broke so much I went back to RH7.3
but ever since GRUB has failed to boot the machine (glad I am that I made
a boot-floppy!!)

The POST goes OK and all the drives are found and ID-ed OK. Then instead
of the GRUB menu I just get a screen full of the word GRUB. By full I
mean full lines screen fulls. No end untill I do a Ctrl/Alt/Del to
restart and boot from the floppy.

I have reied to re-install grub but to no availe. I'm sure it is
something silly but can not see it .

Any help much appreciated

nick
