install from ftp with DSL/PPPoE?

I have a DSL dial-up connection with PPPoE, and I would like to download
the newest Redhat from ftp. Is that possible? I do not want to download or
buy the CDs, because I think network install is the coolest and easiest
thing. Just PPPoE causes trouble, potentially. Actually, I wanted to
install Suse 9.0, but its installer cannot dial up dsl. Can the Redhat
installer do that?

Thanks,
Andi
