cross compiling using Red Hat on PC for Familiar Linux on iPaq

I'm wondering if someone could help me with this problem. I want to
cross-compile a Red Hat binary of NetPerf to put on Familiar Linux on an
iPaq. If anyone has any suggestions as to how to do it or where to look,
they would be greatly appreciated.
